If you're visiting from overseas, you will find that as far as travel goes, the Gold Coast is a bit off the beaten track. Even though Coolangatta is an International airport, if you are coming in from overseas, you may need to fly into Brisbane airport, and then catch the train onto the Gold Coast, which is over an hour.

 Train

 The last stop for the train south to the Gold Coast is Varsity Lakes - from there you can catch the 765 bus to Palm Beach (which is near Tallebudgera).

Insurance

Getting Travel Insurance coverage for yourself is always a good idea, particularly if you're travelling internationally.


What to bring?

A sarong - you can use it at the beach, or as a towel.  
* New sheets will be provided for you at Tallebudgera - bring them with you to Numinbah Valley as well.

 * Its really important to meet the bus at the right time on Sunday July 20 as there is little other option for travel to the venue - plus, the screenings will start on the bus, so you dont want to miss out.
